Frequently asked questions
How does the subscription work?+
You pay for Premium first (€5.97/month) and unlock the dashboard. Then you register your business or claim an existing listing with documents. The badge and WhatsApp button on the public page are only complete after linking.
Do I have to pay to appear in the guide?+
Your business may already be listed in search. To edit the full profile and unlock WhatsApp, photos, menu and the verified badge, use the Premium plan.
How do I claim an existing profile?+
Subscribe to Premium on /planos, then open /painel/reivindicar and send an ID document plus company registration proof. If you only want the listing removed from the guide, use “Request removal” on the business page — no subscription, but the same proof is required.
Can I ask to delete a profile without subscribing?+
Yes. Under “Is this your listing?” choose Request removal. You send documents proving ownership; the team reviews and archives the listing. It is not automatic.
How much does Premium cost?+
€5.97 per month, charged via Stripe (card). It is the only plan currently offered.
What is included in Premium?+
Up to 50 photos, 100 products/services, a WhatsApp button, verified badge, AI suggestions, contact analytics and a boost in search.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. The recurring payment can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, the profile loses the Premium benefits.
Does Premium guarantee first place in search?+
We don't sell fixed positions. Premium gives a visibility boost, but the profile score and reviews still weigh on ranking.
